Improvised weapon: -2 hits - When calculating combat rating, increases prestige rating by +1 if the wearer's army is approved by the winning county of Tournament 1473. If prestige earned exceeds 5 stars, increases combat rating bonus granted by army approval by 10% instead. Bonus cannot be combined with other standard-type items. - Earned during the Summer Tournament of 1473, it carries the momentum of all.

Effect:

• -2 hits in combat dealing to an opponent during a fight involving an army.
• +1 prestige rating bonus for army when calculated prestige is not exceeding 5 stars, OR
• +10% combat factor bonus for the wearer's army by army approval if calculated prestige is exceeding 5 stars.

Note:

• Its weight is 0 as long as it is equipped in the wardrobe.
  
• It is automatically removed from the wardrobe and placed in the inventory by equipping any other weapon using the same wardrobe slot .
• It is automatically removed from the wardrobe by breaking it.
• The bonus is granted only once to each army and cannot be increased further by multiple army members wearing an oriflamme or other banner-type items.
