Tavern taxes

Every week on Saturday, the tavern owner must pay the tavern tax, which amounts to 20 pounds (+10 pounds per additional seat purchased).
The tavern taxes goes into the duchy's coffers.
The sheriff can see which taverns have not yet paid their taxes, but can also cancel these taxes: either completely or just the late payment penalties. In the latter case, the debtor has seven days to pay their taxes before the penalties start again.
Note:
- If the tavern is located in a free city, the tax vanishes into Levan's void. Neither the sheriff nor the mayor has any control over this: the only way to have the tax cancelled is to submit a ticket to the game administrators.
