Redeem code.png

Redeem code is a code that allows you to benefit from promotions. Redeem codes can be obtained during events and are distributed through Renaissance Kingdoms social network accounts. It can be used via:

  • the App :
    • IconMore.png More > IconeParametres.png Settings > More options > Redeem Codes
  • the Web :

Usage

To use a redeem code, you should:

  • enter the code,
  • confirm the code.

When a redeem code is used, the corresponding reward is immediately sent to your character's inventory and a pop-up window notifies you about it.

Usually, a code can only be used once per player account and therefore can only be used for one character that you control. However, some codes can be redeemed by multiple characters.

Additionally, a redeem code cannot be redeemed if your character creation date is after the code creation date.
